What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 2026-09-09.

What you give us

The forms ask for your name, email, mobile number, the state you practice in, your credential, how and how much you would precept, and whatever you put in the message box. Once on the roster you also upload a CV, a copy of your license, a copy of your certification and a description of your practice.

Why we hold it

To decide whether a program will approve you, to match you with a student, to draft the affiliation agreement, to pay you, and to issue the tax form the law requires. None of it is sold or rented to anyone.

Who sees it

Coordinators. A program's placement office, only after you accept one of its students, and only the parts its handbook requires. The payments provider that moves your deposits. The IRS, on a 1099-NEC, at $600 or more in a year. Nobody else without your written instruction or a legal order.

The live chat

The chat stores a random visitor identifier in your browser so a conversation carries across pages. The identifier holds no personal information by itself, and clearing your site data removes it. No advertising cookies are set on this site.

Keeping and removing your record

An application that does not proceed is deleted after twelve months. Roster records are kept while you are on the roster and for as long afterwards as tax law requires. Write from the address on your record, using the contact page, to see, correct or delete what we hold, and expect a reply inside ten business days.
